EAP 01: PRE-LICENSE PILOT
PERFORMANCE MODELING AND SIMULATION CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR HARDWARE.
The Pre-License phase is the initial step of Maxwell Labs' Early Access Program, designed as an exclusive pilot to evaluate the applicability of MXL's photonic cooling technology across various use cases. It provides select customers access to exclusive pre-ordering and system integration capacity at Maxwell Labs before General Availability.

Participant Selection
3–4 customers from distinct, non-competing segments (server OEMs/ODMs, hyperscalers, chip manufacturers)
Exclusivity & Priority
First-mover and exclusive partner rights throughout program engagement. Performance model and simulation customized to your hardware.
Engagement Scope
Duration: 3–6 months. Cost: Disclosed during initial meeting. Availability: Limited to 1 customer per segment.
Technical Process
Customer-selected hardware for MXL technology evaluation. Performance simulation and detailed analysis provided by MXL.
Marketing Collaboration
Joint press and marketing initiatives for program visibility throughout the entire EAP program (mutually agreed upon).
